Ground Leaf's recipes will work with a variety of pressure cookers; however, they have been specifically tested with the Instant Pot Electric Pressure Cooker. The INSTANT POT comes with a few standard accessories, including the trivet. The trivet that comes with the machine does not have very long legs to it. It's perfect for cooking CORN ON THE COB, POTATOES, SWEET POTATOES, or anything that requires a small amount of water under the trivet and then the item can rest on top without being submerged in water. If you want to cook with the POT-IN-POT method you may want to use a TRIVET WITH TALLER LEGS so that you can have a larger volume of food under the trivet without the bowl that will be positioned on top being submerged in that food.
