1 (1 lb) package, Campari tomatoes
1/3 cup soy sauce or low sodium tamari
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
7 dates, pitted
3 garlic cloves
1-2 tsp CHIPOTLE PUREE (depending on desired spice level)
1 TB CHILI POWDER MEDIUM
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp smoked paprika
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Taste for additional seasonings. Use immediately or transfer to jar and store in fridge.
*If using a VITAMIX there will be no need to chop the tomatoes first.
