White Rice


For 3 cups yield:
1 cup white rice (jasmine or basmati)
1 1/4 cup water
3/4 tsp salt

For 6 cups yield:
2 cups rice
2 1/4 cups water
1/2 TB salt


1. Add all ingredients to INSTANT POT inner pot.
2. Secure lid in place > Turn valve to SEALING >
Select MANUAL or PRESSURE COOK > Adjust time to 3 minutes > After 10 seconds display will read ON
3. When time has lapsed > Allow for NATURAL PRESSURE RELEASE for 10 minutes > QUICK RELEASE remaining pressure by turning valve to VENTING > Remove lid away from you
